aliy.in provides free utilities that help you process documents, images, text, and other content in your browser. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed at any time. No account is required for the currently available tools.

3. Local processing and your files
Files selected for a tool are processed on your device and are not uploaded to aliy.in during normal tool use. You are responsible for saving completed outputs and keeping backups of original files. Because aliy.in does not receive or retain your files, we cannot recover lost inputs or results.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- process or create content that violates applicable law or another person's rights;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or related systems;
- bypass security or access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or distribute malicious code;
- misrepresent your identity or use the site to facilitate fraud, abuse, or harassment; or
- copy, scrape, or automate access in a way that unreasonably burdens the service or interferes with other users.
5. Your content and responsibilities
You keep any rights you have in the files, text, and results you process. aliy.in does not claim ownership of them. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to use any content with the tools and for how you use the results.
Do not use aliy.in as the only storage location for important information. Review outputs before relying on or sharing them, especially where formatting, image quality, text recognition, calculations, or document integrity matters.
6. Site ownership
The aliy.in name, site design, original content, and service materials are owned by aliy.in or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the site or its materials.

The site may link to or offer optional features from third parties, including support providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. aliy.in is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aliy.in and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

This section governs user access to aliy.in; it does not give another company or third party a contractual right to require aliy.in to shut down.
