Audio Normalizer — open-source notice

This tool distributes the unmodified single-thread @ffmpeg/core 0.12.10
JavaScript and WebAssembly files under the GNU General Public License,
version 2 or any later version (GPL-2.0-or-later).

The JavaScript file is audio-normalizer-core.js. The original Wasm bytes are
distributed unchanged in four ordered files named audio-normalizer-core-001.bin
through audio-normalizer-core-004.bin; joining them yields the exact published
core Wasm SHA-256. The hashes, package declaration, and reproducible preparation
step are recorded in the module's package metadata, tests, and
tools/prepare-engine.js.

The build configuration above identifies the incorporated libraries and their
source revisions. No changes were made to the distributed core files.
